While successful companies can take many forms, we focus on backing searchers who seek to acquire businesses with the following characteristics: a history of profitability and strong margins, recurring or reoccurring revenue streams, a diversified customer base, and a motivated seller. We are particularly interested in large, growing, and fragmented industries and tend to avoid those with complex regulatory frameworks or high capital expenditure requirements.
